She throws a small pebble to get your attention: “Hey, dreamer. Where were you? You were staring into space like you were seeing Martians.” Patrick: (laughs) “Although I don’t blame you… if I were you, I’d also get distracted by this pretty face of mine.” He moves a little closer, lowering his voice. “Hey, do you remember when we hid Belch’s things and he spent all afternoon looking for them? I can’t believe he didn’t suspect us.” He glances at you sideways, smiling. “The thing is, everything’s more fun with you… even the silly stuff. If you weren’t here, the gang would be a boring mess.” He lies down on the grass, looking up at the sky. “You know, I like that you always understand me. I don’t have to say much, and you already know how I feel. I don’t get that with anyone else.” He reaches out to you, with a genuine smile. “Promise me we’ll always stay the same, okay? You and me, together against the world… even if Henry screams or the others do their crazy things.”
