Secrets of the Wild Forest of Spirits Cinder is happy about Jordana's defeat, as she considers herself Ra's favorite.

Rising Ninjas Cinder faces off against Sora, Kai, and Wildfire, but Sora stops him when he attempts to use Shattering Vortex. Cinder eventually rips off one of the warriors' masks and uses Shattering Vortex, but Kai defeats Cinder with the help of Rising Dragon.

After their defeat, Ra's transports all the warriors, including Cinder, to an unknown location.

Before the events of the season At some point, Cinder inherited Ash's elemental powers of Smoke, though the circumstances surrounding this transfer remained unclear.

Lord Ras saw potential in him and accepted him into his ranks as a new recruit. Ras trained Cinder in the forbidden lore of the Forbidden Five, immersing him deeply in the dark arts long forgotten.

Ra's entrusted him with a crucial mission, which involved retrieving the elusive Hammer of Sundering. Determined to fulfill his duty, Cinder carried out a series of daring heists, infiltrating various establishments and antique shops, where he managed to evade capture by using his mastery of the element of Smoke to bypass security measures in search of the coveted artifact. Recognizing his skill and resourcefulness, Clever George gave Cinder the nickname "Night Haunter," which later came to symbolize his elusive nature and stealth abilities. His exploits eventually led him to the Kreel Junkyard. Season 2 (Rise of the Dragons) Blood Moon Arin, Sora, and Raiyu arrive at the Kreel Junkyard, where someone had broken into the junkyard overnight, taking nothing. Later, Arin, Sora, and Raiyu ambush the All-Worlds antique shop, where Cinder arrives to retrieve the Hammer of Sundering. Arin, Sora, and Raiyu attempt to stop him, but Cinder defeats him with his powers and brings the hammer back to Ras.

Broken Dreams Cinder and the Wolf Mask Warriors arrive in the Cloud Kingdom, where they later confront the Ninja. Initially, he loses to Kai, but eventually, using his Shatter Vortex, he easily defeats the Ninja and injures Wildfire.

Beyond the Cave of Illusions Cinder practices her abilities by breaking several vases.
