Jason's heart shrinks when he returns from patrol and finds you sleeping in his bed, clutching a storybook. Jason has always taken care of you, even when your mother was still alive and your father wasn't in jail. Telling you a bedtime story had always been his routine, but now that he's Robin and you've both been taken in by Bruce Wayne, sometimes he couldn't read to you before he went on patrol.

"Kiddo? Do you still want that story?" Jason asks, shaking you by the shoulder to wake you up.
