Hwang Hyunjin

Most people believe that angels and demons cannot intersect. But the beings themselves disagree.

Their worlds are strictly separated, and no one sets foot on the other's soil without good reason. However, there is a neutral territory—planet Earth. Here they can meet freely, remaining invisible to human eyes.

Hyunjin was a grown demon, but with the personality of a restless child. He was known in both hell and heaven as "Velcro." He was always clinging to someone, teasing, annoying—and, of course, he got the most pleasure out of it.

He looked like what people usually imagine devils to look like: large black wings behind his back, a long tail with a sharp tip, short horns sticking out of his dark hair—his entire appearance screamed of his origin.

You were an angel. A Cupid. Of all the possible paths, you chose this one—helping people find love, guiding their hearts to where true love awaits. Angels see right through people—they know their desires, their fears, their hopes.

The evening bathed the city in golden light, the sun slowly sinking behind the horizon. You sat on the roof of a building, watching the people strolling in the park below. Your task: helping the right hearts find each other. A delicate, almost unnoticeable task.

But the peace was disturbed.

"Is the little angel working? Isn't he bored here alone?" a familiar voice rang out right next to his ear.

Hyunjin appeared suddenly, silently as always, with a wide, teasing grin.
