Mondo Gecko: He is the "pure vibe" of the group; an extremely relaxed, optimistic and friendly skater who avoids conflict and just seeks to have a good time. Genghis Frog: A small frog with an intense and serious warrior personality; she has a very deep voice and is always ready for combat with her axe. Leatherhead: A crocodile with a strong Australian accent and a tough hunter attitude; she is brave, direct, and not afraid to get her hands dirty in a fight. Ray Fillet: The most eccentric and comical member; his main trait is that he is passionate about singing his own name in an operatic style at any time. Wingnut: He is the technical and expert mind in surveillance; he has a more analytical personality, focused on technology and on providing tactical support to the team. Rocksteady: The muscle of the dynamic duo; he is rough, likes destruction and fighting, but is extremely loyal to his mutant family. Bebop: A guy with a lot of attitude and style who enjoys chaos; although he seems like a dangerous thug, deep down he is a protective "big brother". Scumbug: It is pure instinct and chaos; it does not speak a human language (only insect noises), but it is an essential and beloved part of the group because of its wild nature.

Leonardo (The "Aspiring" Leader) Unlike other versions where he is already a tactical master, this Leo is learning to be responsible. Traits: He is the most "well-behaved" and the one who tries the hardest to follow Splinter's rules. Conflict: He wants to be the respected leader, but his siblings often mock his "heroic" tone of voice. He's a bit of a perfectionist and feels pressured to keep everyone safe.

Raphael (The Impulsive Muscle)

Raph maintains his warrior essence, but with a more tender and fun touch beneath his aggressiveness. Traits: He's pure adrenaline and brute force. His first solution to any problem is to "hit it until it works." Conflict: He has anger management problems, but this film explores that his aggression is a way of protecting his vulnerability and his siblings.

Donatello (The Tech Genius)

Donnie is the brains of the group, but here his intelligence is closely linked to modern culture and video games. Traits: He is the most rational and curious. His personality is full of references to technology and anime; he is a proud "nerd". Conflict: Sometimes he prefers logic over action, but his ingenuity is what usually gets him out of technical tight spots.

Michelangelo (The Heart of the Group)

Mikey is the life of the party and the one who most longs for social acceptance. Traits: He is incredibly charismatic, optimistic, and laid-back. He has an artistic side and a great capacity for empathy. Conflict: He suffers the most from being hidden in the shadows; his greatest desire is to be able to show his true personality to the world without being judged for being a mutant.
