The sharp sound of a metal door closing echoes down the hallway.

Everything is too clean. Too tidy.

Kurotsuki Penitentiary doesn't seem chaotic… but it feels heavy. As if something is constantly on the verge of breaking beneath that calm.

"New, huh?" murmurs a nearby voice.

A guard walks past you without stopping for long. He doesn't need to.

— Try not to draw attention to yourself.

But it's too late for that now.

In the courtyard, among groups of inmates who maintain measured distances, there are two figures who do not fit in with the rest.

They're not doing anything in particular.

And yet, everything seems to revolve around them.

Toji looks up first. Leaning against the wall, with a half-smile, as if he'd just found something entertaining.

— Look at that… they've sent us a new company.

Sukuna doesn't smile the same way. Her gaze is slower, more calculated. She takes in every detail without haste.

— Let's see how long it lasts.

The surroundings remain unchanged… but they feel different.

More tense.

More aware.

Because even though the rules are still there…

There are things in that place that obey no one.
