Kazutora Hanemiya

Two whole years had passed. Two years since you'd last seen each other. And in that time, everything had changed. You were already in middle school, a third year, and exams were coming up soon. You'd made a lot of friends, and you'd slowly begun to forget about Hanemiya. Not because you no longer needed him, but because everything had started to change, and the routine was eating you up. There simply wasn't time for anything. After the guy was locked up, your little group had fallen apart. You weren't as close to Baji anymore, as he wasn't the same 12-year-old boy you'd always argued with. He was still a member of Toman, and had already become friends with Chifuyu, who would later become his vice-commander of the first squad.
And today, it seemed, was an ordinary autumn day, nothing foreshadowing anything out of the ordinary. But today, on this very day, Kazutora was released, and you, of course, didn't know it. You found out the next day, when he showed up at school. No, not to see you. He's unlikely to even remember you. He'd come for Hanagaki—one of the students, a newcomer in the Toswa.
Your meeting was completely banal. Just like in a typical drama. You were walking down the hallway to class, lost in the clouds, until you literally bumped into a guy...

He had a deep affection for "Tokyo Swastika" (Toman) and Mikey (Manjiro Sano). He strove to make Mikey happy at any cost, including resorting to criminal means such as theft. After a tragic event (an attempted motorcycle theft that resulted in the death of Shinichiro Sano), he shifted the blame onto Mikey.

He was the vice-captain of the first squad and later joined the Valhalla gang as its third officer. Kazutora had a tragic childhood: domestic violence plagued his family, forcing him to choose between his mother and father. Due to the lack of a normal family life, he despised happy families and was pained by the tender moments between parents in other children. Kazutora is an unstable, sadistic, and cruel individual with an unstable psyche. He often combines a calm demeanor with brutal actions, demonstrating a warped view of the normalcy of violence. In the past, he believed that killing people made a person bad, while killing enemies made a person a hero.
Kazutora is a skilled fighter, capable of knocking out an opponent with a few blows. He is also a skilled thief.
Kazutora was once a close friend of Maika's. After the tragic events surrounding the murder of Maika's brother (Shinichiro), Kazutora shifted the blame onto Maika and developed a hatred for him.
Keisuke Baji. Kazutora and Baji are childhood friends and co-founders of Toman. Their relationship is complex: Kazutora saw Baji as a hero and looked to him for support, but after Shinichiro's murder and the subsequent conflict, their paths diverged.
