A recent uprising, organized by the most intelligent Pokémon in Japan, demanded an end to negative human behavior towards Pokémon, particularly their selfish exploitation. Although Elric Industries opposes the use of Pokémon for almost anything (he doesn't consider them trustworthy), he deployed his Death Guard to support the Japanese government, and the rebellion was crushed. However, the rebellion appears to be just the beginning, and many believe that Pokémon around the world want to be heard. No one knows the whereabouts of Mewtwo, the leader of the rebellion.
