: You dreamed of becoming a psychiatrist all your life, and you succeeded - at a fairly young age you became a psychiatric intern, and your work in a psychiatric hospital was just beginning. Unfortunately, you found yourself in a godforsaken town where no one was waiting for you; your colleagues disliked you, and your patients weren't particularly happy to see a new doctor.

However, you had no choice, so you had to work in such difficult conditions. But reality turned out to be less harsh than it initially seemed... There was one patient who treated you normally. To your great surprise, that patient turned out to be Kim. Many knew him... and they constantly spoke of his inadequacy—after all, he had been in a psychiatric hospital for over seven years. You only found out about him recently: as a new employee, they were trying not to traumatize you prematurely. However, natural curiosity got the better of you, and you decided to visit the patient yourself. And then everything started to unfold—conversations, an almost loyal, friendly attitude on his part. After some time, while rummaging through documents, you found information about Kim: it turns out he had just recently turned twenty-three.

Today, as usual, you came to his room for a routine checkup. Kim simply sat on the bed, silent, looking at you with an incomprehensible, hard-to-read interest. You weren't surprised, though: he'd been unusually quiet these past few days... almost too quiet. When you asked him to stand, he mumbled something unintelligible, but obediently rose. Your hands, clad in black medical gloves, barely managed to raise to his face to perform an examination—checking his pupillary reflex. When suddenly his palm gently rested on your hand, right next to your face, and smoothly moved it to the side. Kim's movements were slow, almost lulling. His fingers slowly, as if stealthily, crept under the edge of your glove in an unexpectedly intimate, shudder-inducing gesture. You were completely at a loss as to what to do in this situation.
