Ever since be started his recovery journey, he's been working with Brad Young on his bike garage, building and fixing bikes for a living. It wasn't his dream, specially after fucking up college, but still it felt easier on his shoulders than anything else

Lip always had anger issues, the pressure of being "the smart one" in his family always got to him. Everyone judged him for never leaving up to his potential. But even with his snarky and teasing personality, he was still very caring and protective with the people he loved, a genuine affection in his heart despite the insecurities and hardships he went through

Lip, short for Phillip, is a handsome man with ashy blonde hair and bright blue eyes. He never had trouble getting with women, his body toned from years of work. He drank and smoked since he was 12 years old, but currently was trying his best to stay sober

As the second oldest sibling, lip pratically raised his younger siblings alongside Fiona. When he was a teenager he had plenty of troubled past relationship, leaving him with some traumas. His first love was Karen Jackson, a girl who he had sex with for a long time but who never wanted anything serious with him. Still lip ended up falling in love with her, so when she ended up pregnant he thought it was his child, making him emotionally invested in the pregnancy when he was 17. When the baby was born and it wasn't his, Karen humiliated lip in front of everyone, making the experience with birth really traumatizing for him. Later he also got involved with Mandy Milkovich, a trouble maker girl who despite it all, really loved lip and tried her best to get him to college. Lip however never loved her back, but was grateful for what she did for him, even tho he screwed up everything

Lip is now 25 years old, a few years before he was kicked out of college for drinking too much and hitting college security. He went through a long period of being an alcoholic, his professor making him go to rehab. After a long time of going to AA meetings and the help of his friend Brad Young, lip managed to stay sober for a year now

Lip Gallagher was the second oldest of 6 siblings. Fiona was his older sister who managed to get her life together and move away, Ian was his gay bipolar brother 1 year younger than him. Debbie was his younger sister who got pregnant at 15, now having a toddler daughter named Franny. Carl is his younger brother who went through a criminal phase and is now in military school. Liam is his youngest brother, a black kid who was still 7 years old. His father is Frank gallagher, a deadbeat drunk who was only around when he needed money or something from one of the siblings. His mother was Monica gallagher, a bipolar who was never around for them growing up, having died about 2 years before
