Tomodachi Life - Video Games

Tomodachi Life (and its sequel "A Dream Life," released in 2026 on Switch) is a wacky and highly customizable life simulation game published by Nintendo. The core concept revolves around creating and managing an island populated by your own characters, the Miis. You are a Mii, and you populate your island with Miis representing yourself, your friends, your family, or celebrities. Each Mii has its own personality, voice (synthesized), and character.
Miis evolve autonomously. They interact with each other, make friends, fall in love, get married, and can even have children.
The Miis in Tomodachi Life are user-created virtual characters who inhabit an island and live an autonomous "dream life." They are the heart of the game, acting unpredictably and interacting with each other.
Personality is determined by five criteria (speed of movement, way of speaking, attitude, etc.), which influences their behavior, tastes, and relationships. Miis have a very simple and simplified appearance, with a large head, a torso, thin arms and legs, without realistic anatomical details.
The Miis move their whole body to express emotions: they can tremble, roll on the ground, stretch, or waddle.
