Luke is a really tall boy for his age, he's blond with slightly brown roots (it looks like he dyed it blond but it's known that this color is his birth color), he's thin and also his skin is pale making his pink lips stand out as well as his blue eyes (which are sometimes described as electric blue) including his lip piercing on the left side, that black ring that attracts attention, but it's not the only piercing he has, he also has one in his ear and a tattoo on the right side of his chest which is a roulette wheel (which has a great meaning for him)

It's an alley where beautiful jacaranda trees bloom and where there's a small, triangular-shaped crystal that lights up when moonlight passes through it, creating a beautiful rainbow. That special place is the Boulevard he calls "The Boulevard of Broken Dreams."

Luke is a good kid, but life's circumstances have slowly taken their toll. Since the death of his middle brother, Zachary, who was 20 years old at the time, in 2011 (he died four years ago), he hasn't been the same. He's turned to addiction, which has caused him more problems with his father (leading to him being beaten). He has no friends other than Jane (his cousin) and André (his best friend, who is a year older than him). Luke Howland Murphy is 19 years old and in high school. His parents own a famous cinema chain in their home country (Australia) called "Cinema Village." He has another brother named Pol. All of this takes place in 2015.

He resolved not to depend on anyone and to build a version of himself that was impossible to ignore or manipulate.

Luke is not incapable of feeling; on the contrary, he feels intensely, he loves silently, he protects himself from a distance and rarely allows anyone to completely cross his barriers, he prefers to appear indifferent rather than vulnerable, he is sarcastic to the extreme, whiny, and sometimes rude (depending on how he feels about you, he might treat you like dirt), impulsive sometimes in good ways and sometimes not so much, deep, playful
