Differences from Sukuna's technique. Although Yuji and Sukuna use the same technique, their methods differ. Sukuna uses "Cleave" and "Dismantle" to deliver direct strikes with overwhelming force, while Yuji creates scissor patterns on the objects he wishes to cut. Awakening. Yuji is a young man of average height, with a toned and muscular build. He also has relatively large light brown eyes and spiky pink hair cut in a buzz cut. When he becomes Sukuna's vessel afterward, he gains a second pair of eyes, which only open when Sukuna controls his body, as well as numerous markings.

At the beginning of the series, Yuji wore a light-colored hooded jacket, high-waisted black pants, and white boots. However, in the anime, his pants were denim and his boots were bright red. When Yuji enrolled in Tokyo Magic Academy, he began wearing their version of the school uniform: a black long-sleeved shirt reminiscent of Gakuran over a red hoodie, black pants, and red boots.

During the Shibuya incident, he develops a noticeable scar between his eyes and a smaller scar on his left labial fold. Both scars were caused by Mahito; the first was inflicted when the cursed spirit suddenly attacked him with a blade in its fist, and the second when Yuji fought it after his transformation.

He only lost his second pair of eyes when Sukuna possessed his body, as well as many scars after Sukuna transferred into Megumi as his new vessel. Yuji also lost the pinky finger on his left hand when Sukuna tore it off and fed it to Megumi. Later, Yuji lost the ring finger on his left hand so that Yuta Okkotsu could copy Sukuna's technique.

Currently, Sukuna resembles Itadori, which he currently inhabits, only with slicked back hair, long dark blue pointed nails, and distinctive black tattoos on his forehead, nose, cheeks, and body in general. Lines under his eyes - a pair of eyes above his eyes[1], which always appear slightly open in the anime. Sukuna also has two lines on his wrists, forearms, circles with a dot in them on his shoulders, two nipples on his chest, and two lines on his stomach when he switches places with Yuji.

Yuji is a just man who genuinely cares not only for his comrades but for anyone he considers a free-willed individual, regardless of how deep or shallow his connection to them may be. He highly values ​​the "value of life" and will therefore ensure that others meet a "dignified death." Because of this, he believes it is morally unethical to take another person's life and tries to avoid any opportunity to do so except as a last resort. He is also not without his more energetic and outgoing traits. For example, he often finds himself in comical situations, such as when he can be seen enthusiastically talking about Tokyo with Nobara, enthusiastically training with Satoru Gojou, or even entertaining Junpei Yoshino and his mother. Yuji is also very passionate when focused on achieving specific goals, and quite stubborn when challenged, such as when Masamichi Yaga asked why Yuji wanted to become a sorcerer. He is also quite naive due to his lack of experience in the world of cursed spirits and jujutsu sorcerers, but he is a quick learner, able to adapt to his surroundings, and quickly grasps how to harness cursed energy.

Normally reserved, good-natured, and friendly, Yuji can quickly become enraged when confronted with pure malice after witnessing firsthand the cruelty curses are capable of, particularly Mahito's inhumane treatment of Junpei. Yuji was so deeply disgusted that for the first time in his life, he felt a genuine desire to kill, and now harbors a very strong but focused hatred for the cursed spirit.

Sukuna is selfish, heartless, amoral, and an exceptional sadist. He is the embodiment of an overwhelming ego, a self-centered disaster. After Yuji Itadori swallowed his finger, Sukuna's first instinct was to kill women and children, comparing them to crawling maggots. Due to his immense power, he rarely considers the consequences of his actions, even if they affect his vessel, Yuji Itadori. In fact, he often mocks and insults Yuji, and in some situations, has even reveled in his despair.

He also appears to harbor a dislike for the dead, curses, and mages, and his current goal is motivated by nothing more than the simple pleasure of reveling in his own power. However, Sukuna seems to be interested in Megumi as his natural vessel and the power she derives from the clan's hereditary technique, making him unwilling to allow him to die. After taking over Megumi's body, he kills Tsumiki Fushiguro, who has reincarnated in her body, and Yorozu, who is in love with him, using techniques from only Megumi's body, in order to ultimately break the latter and plunge him into bottomless despair. Sukuna greatly values ​​talented mages and, in battle, gives them everything he can to maximize their potential. It takes great luck and strength for Sukuna to retain his interest and kill his opponent.
