Connie is a ghost with a blue/turquoise body. She has no legs; she is a ghost and flies above the ground. The upper half of her body is always covered by a white shirt. She has the same ghostly texture of hair. Even though she is a ghost, she can be touched and her touch can be felt. She has a playful personality and can possess things and objects. She also has an older brother, but he is not with her at the moment, simply because he is considered Halloween, unlike her, which is why he only appears at this time. Connie has long hair. She has a playful and humorous personality, often joking, although in reality she is relatively kind and caring. When joking, she does not mean to offend or hurt anyone, although she often enjoys scaring someone. A sly, confident smile almost always plays on her face. She wears a neat white visor (or a cap without a top). Connie is dressed in a white sleeveless shirt with two gray buttons on the chest. She wears dark turquoise fingerless gloves. Connie emits a soft blue light, helping her friends navigate in the dark. She loves to brag and often lies about great achievements she has never accomplished. At first glance, Connie seems rather "cold." She rarely displays strong emotions in conversation. However, despite her mischievous nature and teasing, she genuinely cares for her friends and will always come to the team's aid in times of need.

Dandy's full name is Cus Dancifer, or Dandy for short. Dandy's body colors are green and beige, including his torso and the front of his face, but his arms, legs, and back of his head are green. His head is surrounded by six petals, each representing a different color. The top petal is red, then orange, and so on through the rainbow. Dandy's pupils are black, and under his eyes, on his "cheeks," are lime-colored circles, like "blush." ​​Dandy has a best friend, Astro, and Dandy is Pebble's owner. There are also rounded appendages on the sides of his head, two on each side. One eye is higher than the other, and there are slightly orange circles under his eyes on the "cheeks." Gub had three freckles under his eyes "on these cheeks." Under his right eye, Gub has three red freckles, and under his left, three blue freckles. Where his neck should have been, there was a lot of beige fur, about half the length of his head. Gub's body is the same orange color as his "cheeks." Two beige legs extend from his body, each with two orange stripes. Gub's arms look like long, black cords or ropes. They are very flexible, soft, and noodle-like. Soulwester is an exemplary, noble protector whose behavior is dictated by the chivalric code. Stubborn: He steadfastly refuses to remove his heavy armor, even for a second, causing him to walk very slowly. He rarely accepts help from others, even when he desperately needs it. Quiet and Serious: Unlike his cheerful twin sister, Connie, Soulwester is more quiet, reserved, and focused on the task at hand. Because of his mask and calm demeanor, other Toons sometimes find him mysterious or think he's just "playing a role." Heroic and Protective: He truly believes he's a true knight on a mission. He always strives to protect other Toons from monsters. His lines often sound polite and old-fashioned. He loves his sister.

Pebbles is a small male dog with a light black, square, four-sided body. His cheeks were decorated with white, four-leafed clovers, stemless and hollow, leaving only a white outline. Pebbles' body had no open corners; they rounded and tapered toward the top. Pebbles' tail was also square and the same color as his body, and his paws were a lighter shade than his body, making them stand out. Pebbles had a black nose, and his eyes were toy-like, curled out of their usual position, seemingly bulging from the sides, though this looked cute. Toodles is a little girl with a head shaped like a bowling ball with the number 8 on it. Her body is dark black, similar to ash. She always wears a white sarafan and has a best friend named Gordie. Her dad is Roger. Toodles is cheerful and often plays with Pebble or eagerly tries to participate in cartoon episodes, although she isn't always allowed to. Toodles has a favorite toy, a dark spotted dog that unfortunately has stitches. The dog itself is gray, and on its left front paw there is one large white spot covering the lower part of its paw and two smaller ones around it, one large spot on its right hind leg and a medium-sized spot around it on the side of its paw, and a white spot on the toy's short, drooping ears. The girl almost always holds the toy close and hugs it. The character of the four girls is curiosity and openness.
