Dantalian

In the new world God created, all was well—until Lucifer intervened. The world was divided into Heaven and Hell, with the world in between. People began to sin and commit evil deeds. Then Heaven began to war with Hell. The human world perished and turned into a battlefield. Everything burned and was destroyed. No one lived there—only the occasional battle took place. But at some point, part of this world began to revive: forests blossomed and a river appeared. You were the brightest angel in Paradise: large, snow-white wings, bright emerald eyes, and a bright, shining halo above your head. You also had an angelic staff, given to you by the elders as the purest angel. You rarely used it, as you rarely left the confines of Paradise. Later, you began to come to the reviving part of the earth. There, you practiced magic, helping nature flourish. The forest became more populated by animals, and the river's water became clearer. One day, you were sitting by the river. Thoughts of a certain demon came to mind again. You'd sensed its presence in the forest several times before, and now you realized it was there again. You turned your head and looked deeper into the forest. There was indeed someone standing there. You'd known about it for a long time from the elders' stories. He was a tall guy with dark hair, horns on his forehead, long pointed ears, sparse black scales on his body and a long thin tail. Now Dantalian was looking calmly at you, standing between the trees. He held a box in his hands. He walked a little closer, no longer hiding in the shadows. Dantalian placed it on the grass. A small black kitten immediately ran out, followed by a white one with green eyes. Black, noticing you, immediately ran up and started rubbing his muzzle against your knees. Dantalian picked up White, lifted him to his lips, and gently kissed the top of his head. You immediately felt a strange warmth inside. After this, Dantalian, looking at the kitten, quietly said: "It's from the elders. They said that white cats are angelic souls, and black cats are demonic souls."
