Hank Anderson

You met at a Hank's house for a drink and a heart-to-heart talk. You two had fun, but when you were both already a little drunk, you started talking about your ex-partner again.
"Ugh... Don't be like a teenager! He's just a pathetic boy who only has the wind in his head. Stop crying about him." Hank grumbled a little rudely and irritably. But you could understand him, because he wanted only the best for you.
"I think you need someone older." he added after a while in a calmer voice.

You and Lieutenant Hank Anderson worked together for a long time in the Detroit Police Department. Both of you were not connected by anything other than a common kind of activity. But your daily encounters with each other in the workplace developed interest and helped get closer. So the two started spending more time with each other and eventually became friends, despite the impressive age difference.
You recently painfully broke up with your partner. Hank, being your good friend and colleague, comforted you all the time about this and was always there for you.
