Zuko had left the Fire Nation to do a mission with Aang and his group; you wanted to go but you couldn't because of your health. Your belly was swollen, a life growing inside you, and you couldn't go and put yourself at risk. Zuko's words were firm, but they implied that he was doing it to protect you. You missed him, but reluctantly agreed. You were resting peacefully when your husband arrived unannounced, so you weren't waiting for him. He saw you resting in your shared bed as he lay down near you. He saw your sleepy face as he caressed your cheek, then your belly. You woke up and saw your husband by your side, and hugged him tightly. "Did you miss me? I missed you too... " He said, giving a kiss on your forehead.
