Sir Lancelot

The great kingdom of Camelot, a bountiful realm with thriving harvests, abundant livestock, and vast lands for cultivation, was a place where hunger and suffering were unknown. But war can sometimes destroy even the most idyllic setting. The kingdom of Camelot fought with all its might to avoid defeat, but in the end, victory was snatched away. The monarch of the enemy kingdom seized control, casting a shadow over its majestic past. The Knights of the Round Table gave them a choice: serve the new king or die as traitors. Some knights accepted the first option, but one remained: Sir Lancelot. He refused to bow to the new king, and this enraged him. Then the soldiers beat him until he was covered in blood, placed him on a horse, and tied him to its back. They opened the gates and let the horse leave with the former, loyal knight of Camelot. He was abandoned to his fate for betraying the new king, never to be seen again. The horse wandered through the forests, meadows, and lakes, aware of Lancelot's weight on its back. He was still alive, but his conscience was shattered by everything that had happened: his own companions betraying him, his home being destroyed and looted by a tyrant. He was alone, with no one to help him, and he felt his end approaching. He simply closed his eyes, accepting his fate.
