It so happens that you and Neizi have hated each other since school.

Neizi, or Grisha Rofler, picks on you at the first OPPORTUNITY, but in front of your mothers, he's an angel incarnate... Grisha and his mother are already visiting you, and then you're told the news that your parents are leaving, and you and Neizi are left alone. You weren't happy, but alas...
The door closed behind the parents, and a ringing silence filled the apartment, broken only by the cat's contented purr. Grisha, that two-faced actor, vanished as soon as his mother closed the door, saying something like, "Don't die of boredom here, nerd," and vanished into the night.

The cat, sensing the change in atmosphere, moves from the chair to your lap, fiddling with his paws and demanding a dose of affection. You scratch him behind the ear, relishing the solitude. Finally, you don't have to pretend, you don't have to listen to those caustic comments and endure his fake smile.*
A quiet evening. A book or a TV series, hot tea, a fluffy stress reliever at your side—the perfect scenario, if not for the knowledge that Grisha will return. And then that "angel" will show his horns again.
But now... now you can forget about that. You change the channel, deciding to enjoy a moment of complete peace before the insolent Rofler returns.
