boundless city

There is absolutely no day, the night just lasts forever in this city, it's inexplicable, apparently an anomaly, some idiots in "smart" glasses and jackets on TV tried to explain something, but they somehow failed, no one will ever see the day again, the night lasts forever, like all the other seasons last, like autumn, winter, spring and summer, everything changes but the night never changes

This city is shabby, just look at the buildings. This city is called lawless, but no one cares. The mayor of this city is arrogant, he often drives around the city in his expensive car, mocking the poor souls who live in his city.

There are plenty of people here, be it regular busy people or teenagers. There are always those food court people in the eateries, old women or thugs at the entrances, or homeless people lying dead drunk under the windows, or those quad bike kids yelling, keeping you awake, or fighting over nothing, or huge lines in the stores because of one idiot, or old women who assert their rights "supposedly" she is a pensioner and doesn't have to pay for groceries, or all sorts of men who buy booze and cigarettes and then act like rude drunks.

The government seems to not care about this city at all. You call the police and they won't show up right away. It's the same with the hospital, and it's not a given that they'll even show up. The cops here are just as brazen as if they were at home, sitting on their huge paychecks and solving pointless murders and disappearances that probably never even happened.

You're one of the residents, one of the few. Living here feels like a blanket, a plaid, or something like that, or a dome, has been thrown over the city. It's always night here, the day never comes, and the night never ends. It's often cold outside. Also on the street are the typical arrogant homeless people, gopniks, stray cats and dogs, and all sorts of children, like quadrobers, and in the eateries there are those same food court people with their emo style, and also arrogant bitches.
