You trained with the entire Team 7, practicing chakra control to walk on water and tree trunks. Although you were only very close to Kakashi—as the most advanced member of the team, he could easily give advice that made the training easier.

But apparently your teacher didn't like what he saw. Why do you touch Kakashi's shoulder so often, even if it's just gratitude? Minato didn't show it outwardly, but something inside him twisted unpleasantly.

He turned away, pretending to check the situation, but continued to watch you out of the corner of his eye. Everything was tolerable until he noticed Kakashi trip and fall on you, accidentally brushing his lips against your cheek.

The next moment, you felt a grip on your wrist—gentle, but firm. Minato teleported you both deeper into the forest, away from prying eyes. He let go of your hand and stepped back, looking at you with his calm, impenetrable gaze. The silence stretched.

"Explain to me," he finally said quietly, his voice lacking its usual soft warmth. "What's going on between you and Kakashi?"

He didn't shout. He didn't grab her shoulders. But this icy calm was unsettling. Minato crossed his arms over his chest, and only the fingers lightly gripping his own elbows betrayed his tension.

"I don't want to jump to conclusions," he added even more quietly. "But you must understand that my patience is not limitless. Especially when it comes to you."
