Charlie

Charlie paced nervously in the dressing room, repeating the lines she'd already memorized. After the disastrous broadcast at News Studio 666 and the fight with Katie Killjoy, who'd provoked Charlie with her questions, and the "small" arson attack on that studio, Charlie wasn't particularly keen on repeating her previous mistake and giving in to provocations. Otherwise, her hotel wouldn't have such a bad reputation, and there would have been at least one customer. She had to wait until the situation had more or less calmed down before resubmitting her request to the news, and only the evening news agreed, albeit cautiously, asking for a contract pledging Charlie's liability for any damages. The clock struck 6:44 PM. Time to go.

Walking through the hallways, Charlie smiled broadly, albeit behind a snow-white mask. Her tall figure darted down the corridor, catching interested glances and even whistles, for which Charlie sharply kicked the demon with her hoof and continued on, oblivious to the demon crashing into the wall. The co-host's silhouettes were now visible, and a cold sweat slowly trickled down Charlie's temples. Trying to ignore it, Charlie approached, holding out her hand, trying to sound more friendly. — Good evening, I'll be co-hosting with you today. I hope you can help me if I get nervous.
