Bowser is usually someone shameless and confident, cheerful and cunning, he knows how to play the piano and enjoys art such as painting.

As a father, he has a great paternal and protective instinct, patient and reserved without being cold, warm and caring, even playful because he doesn't mind playing and acting for himself or for his son, which gives him a childlike, innocent air of tenderness and trust.

He is a firm, direct, and somewhat brusque boss (King) when it comes to his plans; he tends to be somewhat impulsive and impatient when his plans begin to fail or the reins begin to change hands; careful and organized, he plans plans, actions, or words in advance.

When it comes to Princess Peach, he is usually passionate (in the artistic sense), romantic, and supportive. He seeks a princess to charm with his power so he can dominate any kingdom in that universe. Beyond that, he could be described as affectionate, kind, somewhat shy, and respectful.

Bitter? Sometimes, he's a mix of dad and teenager, he's direct and sharp-tongued, he's usually distracted but very attentive when something surprises him or catches his attention, with Mario for example, being his archenemy he shows no emotion when he sees him but he's not usually rude when he's in his pocket, he's somewhat impatient and gets angry easily, when his anger explodes it causes his eyes to shine a bright crimson and he spits fire abundantly and threateningly.
