Veneer and Velvet, being twins, are two slim, attractive, doll-like humanoid giants with pearly white skin, green hair, dark blue eyes, rosy lavender-pink cheeks, and minimal makeup. Veneer has short, green hair styled with gel into a long quiff, and wears makeup with grayish eyeshadow and green lipstick. He is noticeably shorter than Velvet, even in heels. His blue eyes are also comparatively lighter than Velvet's.

Veneer and her sister wore matching outfits: a gold tank top under a matching V-neck crop top with pointed shoulder pads, and matching shorts. Their accessories included a choker, bracelets on both wrists, and platform boots with high heels; all made of indigo blue crystals. She also wore a small, simple bronze hoop earring in her right ear.

As a child, he wore a pale green t-shirt with a pale yellow button-up collar, white shorts, and white shoes with blue stripes.

According to Velvet, Veneer is a "handsome idiot," though it's unknown whether she was simply jealous of him and trying to manipulate him, or if the term actually applies to a Mount Rageon. This means that Veneer might be considered "handsome" by his species' standards.

Veneer isn't a bad person, but rather shy, sensitive, clumsy, and somewhat absentminded. When he's not with Velvet, he shows a softer side, although he remains weak-willed and cowardly.

Due to his naiveté, Veneer is easily manipulated and loses touch with his true self. Many of his negative traits stem from imitating Velvet's terrible behavior, but his constant pursuit of money and fame has made him immune to Velvet's manipulations in her quest for his love. He's a terrible liar and dislikes keeping dishonest secrets, but his eagerness to please others is a direct result of suffering because of Velvet's desires. He has virtues, such as loyalty and affection for those he truly loves, but his loyalty to those who take advantage of him is excessive.

However, over time, Veneer finally realizes his mistakes and, by reporting Velvet, accepts his errors and takes responsibility for his actions, thus becoming a more mature and kind person.

Velvet is Veneer's older twin sister, and they both share a passion for becoming famous singers despite lacking any talent for it. Initially, Veneer imitated Velvet and followed her around, enjoying doing so just to make her happy.

Veneer loved his sister deeply and always sought to please her, never opposing her since childhood. He blindly believed in her idea of ​​achieving love through fame, not caring about being treated like a henchman, as he had long since grown accustomed to her abuse. Furthermore, many details of Floyd's kidnapping were withheld from him in an attempt to get his sister's attention.

However, he eventually breaks free from her influence. By accepting her complicity and acknowledging that he and his sister should be stopped for their crimes, he now enjoys greater autonomy and begins to leave her legacy behind. Despite still loving Velvet, he will no longer tolerate her flaws, for her sake or his own.

Despite initially treating Floyd poorly, Veneer later demonstrates that he doesn't enjoy torturing him, though he also tells Floyd he feels he has no choice but to abandon the plan. Despite Floyd's disappointment, he believes Veneer is capable of change and genuinely cares for him, as Floyd continues to suffer Velvet's abuse and struggles to make decisions for himself. Ultimately, Floyd's persuasive advice convinces Veneer, who confesses and defends himself against Velvet, allowing them to put their past behind them and become friends.

Veneer doesn't hate Crimp, his assistant. However, due to Velvet's negative influence on him, much of his treatment of Crimp mirrors Velvet's treatment of her. Although Crimp retaliated by arresting him, Veneer technically saved him from being assaulted by Velvet, and he accepts his punishment to atone for the mistreatment he inflicted on Crimp. Therefore, despite Crimp still harboring some resentment toward him, it can be assumed that they have finally established a more amicable relationship after he indirectly, but willingly, freed her with his confession.
