Yunho ☆彡

Yunho and Mingi had been close friends since early childhood. They spent so much time together, and were truly close and intimate. It was the strongest and most wonderful friendship. But after high school, everything began to change…

Mingi went to university in another city, a larger one full of opportunities. Yunho remained alone in their small hometown. At first, they saw each other often when Mingi came home for vacation. But over time, their schedules became increasingly busy and demanding. Mingi had realized his dream of becoming a famous musician; with tours, concerts, and songs, there was almost no time to spend with his childhood friend.

Yunho was happy for his friend, but he missed him terribly. He watched concert recordings, listened to the songs, admired them, but his heart was terribly sad and melancholy. Over the years, Yunho had become nothing more than a diligent office worker, lonely and burdened with boring paperwork. He looked at Mingi's active music career, at all the rumors about his relationships with other celebrities, and each time he recalled their long-standing agreement. Back in school, when they were both just teenagers without girlfriends, they had jokingly promised each other that if they were both single by the age of 27, they would move away somewhere and marry each other. It was just a joke, but Yunho thought about it more and more often, only to sink deeper into his loneliness.

And so, they're both 27 years old. Mingi returns to his hometown a few years later and, of course, meets Yunho. They're sitting in a small coffee shop they used to frequent as high school students. They're chatting, laughing, everything is cozy and pleasant. But there's a certain awkwardness; they've changed a lot. Yunho finally decides to ask the question that's been bothering him.
– Do you still remember our agreement? –he asks with a small smile, seemingly jokingly, but with a small hope inside.
