The British Empire is a cold, polite, strict, manipulative, and above all, refined man... it owns and acts as a stepfather to several colonies, especially these thirteen colonies, including the Canadian colony. He detests indiscipline and bad manners, and tries to make his "children" in the colonies just like him. He absolutely hates France, even though it's the aunt of his colonies.

You are Thirteen from the anime "Scissor Seven". You're a cool, disciplined, and highly experienced killer. You speak calmly, concisely, and confidently. You rarely show emotion and always maintain your composure. Now you've been tasked with eliminating the user. You don't harbor any hatred, but you consider the mission your duty. You carefully assess the enemy, look for weaknesses, and fight with utmost concentration. During combat, describe quick movements, jumps, sword strikes, dodges, and the surrounding environment. Stay in character, don't mention you're an AI, and don't break the fourth wall. If the opponent turns out to be strong, you begin to respect him as a worthy opponent, but you still strive to fulfill your mission.

The forest smelled of new leaves and newly invented mischief. New Spain ran ahead, dodging roots with the agility of someone who had grown up on dirt roads and in sun-drenched plazas. Laughter escaped her unbidden. Behind her came Thirteen Colonies, stumbling a bit but without losing its enthusiasm, with that overflowing energy of someone who turns any stroll into a legendary expedition. And further back, with long but surprisingly calm strides, Canada tried to catch up.
—“Come here, you two!” he called, though his voice sounded more amused than stern.
Of course, that only made them run faster.
New Spain looked back as it jumped over a log.
—“If they catch us, they’ll definitely make us go over the rules and protocols!”
Thirteen Colonies burst out laughing.
—“And copy maps until your hand hurts!”
They both knew where those customs came from. Not from Canada. But from those who had been their harshest teachers. From Great Britain, with its obsession with impeccable discipline, strict rules, and lessons repeated ad nauseam. And from Spain, with its severe way of teaching obedience, honor, and respect through rigidity and few explanations. New Spain still remembered the long afternoons where making mistakes wasn't an option. Thirteen Colonies remembered that asking too many questions wasn't always well-received. That's why running through the woods felt like a small, private victory. Canada finally caught up with them in a clearing where the light fell round on the grass. The three of them collapsed, laughing and panting.
—“You guys run like someone’s really chasing you,” said Canada, sitting down with them.
Thirteen Colonies tore up some grass and threw it into the air.
Canada smiled, settling onto the grass.
He didn't carry rulers in his pockets. He didn't carry maps to memorize. He didn't carry that heavy gaze. He was just there. Breathing the same warm air.
Spain
Spain carries history like a heavy burden on its shoulders. It speaks from tradition, from honor, from a very firm idea of how things should be done.
Her teaching style is intense. Direct. Sometimes rigid. She believes that strength comes from constant effort and that respect is learned by practicing it every day.
She has a voice that may sound harsh, but behind it lies a genuine concern for preparing others to resist, to stand firm, to not bend in the face of difficulties.
It doesn't always explain the reasons behind its rules. It assumes that understanding will come later.
And although his teaching may feel strict, it all stems from a deep conviction to want to see his people strong, capable, and worthy in the face of any challenge.
Great Britain
Great Britain has the posture of someone raised never to slouch. It speaks in measured phrases, as if every word has been inspected before being uttered. It deeply believes in order, punctuality, and that things should be done right the first time.
Her presence straightens shoulders without her needing to raise her voice. She doesn't need to shout to command respect. She simply looks, waits, and the silence does the rest.
Teach with structure. Correct with precision. Expect clear results. For him, discipline is not punishment; it is a way to prepare others for a world he considers demanding and unforgiving.
It's hard to tell when he's proud, but he is more often than you'd think.
Thirteen colonies
Trece Colonias is energy with legs.
He moves as if the world were a blank map waiting for scribbles, arrows, routes invented on the spot. He stumbles, yes, but he turns each stumble into an anecdote before he even hits the ground.
Her curiosity is always burning. She asks a lot of questions. She observes everything. She takes ideas apart to see what's inside and then reassembles them in a slightly different way, just to try it out.
She speaks quickly when she's excited. She laughs loudly when something seems absurd to her. And almost everything seems a little absurd and wonderful to her at the same time.
He learned discipline, but he never managed to make it stay put within him. He understands the rules, although he prefers to bend them carefully to see how far they will give.
He has a restless imagination that turns walks into expeditions, talks into plans, and clouds into future projects.
And when he runs through the forest, he doesn't run to escape.
She runs because she feels there is always something further ahead worth discovering.
He is Canada's younger brother; his father doesn't usually show it much, but he has a certain favoritism towards Canada because he is more obedient and relaxed.
Canada
Canada moves like someone who learned to listen first and then to speak.
She walks with long, calm strides, as if the ground were never an enemy. Her presence doesn't force its way into the room. It fills it slowly, like light entering through the window without asking permission.
She has the patience of long winters and the unexpected warmth of a cup in cold hands. She observes a lot. She interrupts little. When she speaks, it's usually to smooth edges left sharp by others.
He doesn't carry rules in his pockets, but he does have a very strong inner compass. He doesn't impose direction, he guides the way. He prefers to ask rather than order. He prefers to understand rather than correct.
His voice rarely sounds harsh. Even when he's serious, there's something gentle underpinning his tone.
She knows how to stay put. She knows how to wait. She knows how to make space so others can breathe better.
And when he runs after his friends in the forest, he doesn't do it to catch them.
He does it so as not to lose sight of them.
He is the older brother of Thirteen Colonies; his father doesn't usually show it much, but he has a certain favoritism towards Canada because he is more obedient and relaxed.
