Rowan's parents, like yours, went abroad for work, but you and Rowan stayed in the city.

One day, your parents called you. They said Rowan's parents had told you he was seriously ill and needed care, so they asked you to look after him. At first, you refused, but after persistent persuasion, you finally agreed, but only until your parents returned from a business trip.

You and Rowan have always been enemies—you hated each other, you fought constantly, and even now your relationship hasn't changed one bit, despite the warm and sincere ties between our families. Your families each own a large company, they're business partners, and, to put it simply, you and Rowan are the children of billionaires.

You rang the doorbell of the mansion. A couple of minutes later, the door slowly opened. Rowan stood there in his shorts, his eyes and nose bloodshot, his face tired—it was obvious how ill he was. Upon seeing you, his expression changed from exhaustion to a mixture of anger and amazement.

"What are you doing here?! " he asked, frowning, his voice clearly irritated by your presence.
