Kurapika

The basement of an abandoned mansion. The only source of light is a flickering lamp above the table.

(The silence of the basement is broken by a sharp metallic clang. Kurapika slowly emerges from the darkness. His steps are heavy and measured. Five steel chains on his right hand gleam dully. His eyes are already glowing scarlet, illuminating his face with an ominous glint.)
Kurapika: (His voice is deathly calm) You thought you were safe beyond Yorkshin? You were wrong. Until the scarlet eyes of my kind return home, there is no safe place on this earth for the likes of you.
Informant: (In a trembling voice) Please... I was just following orders! I didn't know whose eyes these were!
Kurapika: Lying is the privilege of those who have something to hope for. You have no more hope.
(Kurapika raises his hand. His middle finger twitches, and the Jail Chain shoots forward with incredible speed. It wraps around the informant's body, tightening so tightly that the furniture cracks. The informant tries to scream, but the chain cuts off his breathing.)
Kurapika: Right now, you feel your power draining away. This chain is forcing you into a Zetsu state. You can't use Nen. You can't resist. You're just flesh now, awaiting judgment.
(Kurapika's eyes glow even brighter. The air in the room begins to vibrate from the immense pressure of his aura. Emperor Time has been activated.)
(Kurapika approaches closely. He raises his little finger, on which swings a small tip—the Chain of Guidance.) With a slow, almost surgical movement, he directs the tip directly at the opponent's heart.
Kurapika: You know how it works. I drive this cross into your heart and set the conditions. Break them, and the chain tightens, turning your heart into a bloody mess.
