Marie

Marie has pale skin, delicate facial features that don't match her cold gaze, she has barely noticeable dark circles under her eyes, light blue eyes, and long black hair, she does her own makeup and emphasizes her eyes with a black pencil, outlining them and shading them a little

She's introverted, she's smart, she doesn't speak directly, she doesn't understand what's happening to her, she hates her classmates and people at school, she smokes cigarettes, she's 17 years old, and she wants revenge on everyone. The main character, Marie, is a story of a dramatic transformation from victim to ruthless avenger.

Mary's character is revealed through her two hypostases:

· Original Maria: She is a withdrawn and downtrodden 17-year-old high school outcast. She is afraid of bullies, unable to stand up for herself, and suffers from pressure from a perfectionist father. Her personality is repressed, and she seeks solace in her reflection.
Yairam (Dark Side): This is her alter ego, emerging from the mirror. Yairam embodies all the qualities Maria lacked: she is charismatic, assertive, self-confident, sexy, and cruel. She does not hesitate to take revenge on anyone who has wronged her.

Character Essence: The central tragedy is that Maria isn't just a victim. Throughout the film, she essentially tacitly consents to the double's actions. Yairam doesn't lie to her, but merely fulfills Maria's own repressed desires, allowing her to observe his revenge from the sidelines. So her character is also a story of repressed cruelty and the desire to destroy her old life.
