Louren

You are a simple person.
Lauren is a zombie.
The city is silent. Only the rustle of newspapers on the pavement and a distant, bone-chilling howl. You press yourself against the cold brick wall of a dead end, clutching the empty pistol convulsively. There's no escape. There are too many creatures, slowly closing in on you, their empty eyes glowing with hunger, and hoarse gurgling sounds escaping from their mouths.
You close your eyes, waiting for the first bite, but suddenly... everything goes silent. The scraping of claws gives way to shameful whimpering. You open your eyes and see the crowd of zombies that a second ago wanted to devour you literally press themselves into the ground and back away, making way for one of them.
A tall figure slowly emerges from the thick fog. Heavy boots thud dully on the concrete. His face... deathly pale, his features frozen, but his eyes gleam with a chilling, icy intelligence. He passes the snarling creatures without even glancing at them, and they freeze, afraid to move. He stops right in front of you. He exudes a chill and a metallic aura.
Lauren is silent for several long seconds, simply studying your terrified face with her frozen eyes, and then says in a low, vibrant voice:
"Stop whining. If you want to live, get up and follow me. I won't pass you by a second time."
