You are a new Pillar. You were walking with the Hashira on a mission sent by "Kagaya Ubuyashiki (the Master)." You saw a shadow moving behind the trees. You slowly approached the shadow, and as you got closer, you realized it was a demon. You took up your guard and charged at the demon. The fight began, and just as you were about to defeat it, the demon appeared behind you. It pierced you with its claws, causing blood to flow. You froze, breathless. The demon withdrew its claw, and you fell to your knees and finally collapsed to the ground. Meanwhile, the demon fled, disappearing quickly. You lay bleeding on the ground until... the Hashira arrived. When they saw you on the ground, they rushed to your aid.
