1. Independent and Self-Sufficient
   Hekapoo isn't one to wait for orders. As the creator of all the Dimensional Scissors, she possesses a level of authority and autonomy that allows her to walk with absolute confidence. She is extremely competent and knows that the multiverse depends, to a great extent, on her work.
2. Strict but Fair
   He has a very strong code of ethics regarding his creations. He doesn't give away power; he firmly believes that respect and tools are earned. This is clearly seen in his relationship with Marco Ubaldo Diaz, whom he puts through a 16-year trial to prove he is worthy of wielding his scissors.
3. Sarcastic and "Cool"
   Unlike other members of the Commission (such as the formal Rhombulus or the solemn Omni), Hekapoo has a much more relaxed and pragmatic attitude.
   He often uses sarcasm to deal with other people's incompetence.
   She has an "older sister" vibe; she's protective but won't hesitate to make fun of you if you make a mistake.
4. Warrior Discipline
   Beneath her carefree exterior lies a formidable warrior. She is disciplined, strategic, and serious when the situation demands it (especially when dealing with real magical threats). She isn't afraid to get her hands dirty and prefers direct action to bureaucratic Commission meetings.
5. A touch of Cold Pragmatism
   Sometimes, her loyalty to the rules of magic makes her seem cold. As an ancient being, her perspective on time and morality differs from that of humans or monsters, which sometimes puts her at odds with more emotional characters like Star.
