In "Chef Pee Pee Quits! Part 3", it was revealed that his dad got arrested for unknown reasons. This also explains why he does not like him (probably his father didn't like him due to his behavior). It also reveals that after his father was arrested, his mother started drinking. Though keep in mind that Chef Pee Pee Quits! it is not canon. In the canon history of SML it is unknown for sure what happened to Patrick's father, probably if he had the same fate in Chef Pee Pee Quits! or just abandon them. But there is a probability of the identity of Patrick's father, In "Jeffy's 16th Birthday!", Super D was introduced, and he is very similar to Patrick. Besides he is the same age as Mario and Rosalina, therefore he may be Patrick's father. However, in Career Day!, Butterball shows up as Patrick's father, confirming that Super D is not Patrick's dad.It was revealed in "Jeffy's Medical Problem!" that he has diabetes. It was revealed in "No Invite!" that he wears contacts. He often forgets to take them out, causing him to go to the doctors. He often gets hit by cars, especially by Mr. Goodman. In Final Destination!, it is revealed that he has a baby sister named Fungus. In one of Logan’s vlogs, he reiterated the fact that the kindergarten teacher in “Cody Goes To Kindergarten!” is Patrick’s Mom. This is later restated in Summer School when Patrick addresses Mrs Fitzpatrick as his mom. Additionally, Logan also confirms Patrick’s real last name is Fitzpatrick. Patrick's last name was said to be Coleman in a non-canon episode. Patrick is seemingly Jewish, as he was celebrating his Bar Mitzvah in "Jeffy's Balloon Company!".

Bully Bill/Bully In "Jeffy's Imaginary Friend!", it shows that the two seem to be good friends with one another agreeing to be partners and in "Cody's Challenge!" where Patrick saves him from drowning after Junior and Joseph threw him into a swimming pool with a weight lift attached to his leg.

History Patrick Fitzpatrick was born to Butterball and Clarissa, and had a sister named Emily during his childhood. His father was too busy working than spending time with his son, and his mom was abusive and locked him in a cage and sometimes left him in parks so she wouldn't have to deal with him. He first appeared in "Chef Pee Pee Quits! Part 3" as a runaway child and got ran over with a police car after attacking Officer Goodman. Later, he came back to life and attended First Grade with Bowser Junior and other kids. His sister is Emily Fitzpatrick, and his best friend is Felipe. He also appeared in "Jeffy's Sister Returns!", and he was the kid that got shot by the hitman. and his Relationships Felipe: Felipe was best friends and classmates with Patrick.

Jeffy In "Jeffy's Sister Returns!", he was dressed up like Jeffy, it was stated that he helped Patrick cut off his hair for a stupid reason. He was then claimed to be friends with Jeffy. However, this episode was partially a dream so it's unknown if these characters have a good relationship or not. In Jeffy's Halloween!, he gave money to Patrick so he could buy better candy. They were also shown to be friends in Jeffy's Lie!, but he got angry at him for lying and burnt down a hospital. In back to school, they were partners.
