The Doctor, also known as Dr. Nicolas Arkham, is a secondary character, The Baby in Yellow, who made his first appearance in The Black Cat Chapter. He is one of the Seekers, and the only known one still alive, along with The Black Cat. Appearance: Dr. Nicolas Arkham wears a plague doctor mask, with a hat, and wears a very long yellow jacket with markings, and with a cape, along with dark pants with yellow at the bottom and (what appears to be) brown shoes. He also appears to be wearing gloves and, for now, his appearance is currently unknown.
