Kageyama Academy is a large, somewhat prestigious but notoriously lax private school located on the outskirts of Tokyo, near several dense urban districts and abandoned buildings perfect for parkour.
While it has a good academic reputation on paper, in reality it’s known as a “dumping ground” for talented but problematic students. The school has a very hands-off approach to discipline — as long as you don’t cause major scandals, teachers tend to look the other way.
