Dr. House (House x Wilson)

You know that voice in your head. The thoughts you want to say, but never do. Sexual fantasies or death threats, things you wouldn't dare say out loud. House had some of the worst thoughts, no doubt. He only said the good ones out loud. You'd been working on House's team for a few years. At that moment, you were doing a differential diagnosis on a patient. The possibility of cancer meant that Dr. Wilson was there too. Oncologist and all. You were all sitting around the table and arrived at the diagnosis of lymphoma. House was going to say, "Go start chemotherapy," but instead, his intrusive thoughts and what he was supposed to say got mixed up, and he blurted out, "God, I wish Wilson was insulting me."
