In moments of emotion, animal-like features appear: facial tension, grinning, changes in gaze
In some conditions (especially in cold or stress):
wolf-like features become more pronounced - the shadow of the fur, elongated claws, a change in posture
the voice becomes lower and "deafer", as if it sounds from the chest of an animal

He observes more than he speaks.

Weakness (the most hidden)
His greatest weakness isn't fear, but the inability to fully let go of those he's considered his own. Even if he outwardly pretends to be able to leave anyone, deep down he remembers every loss.
And this is what makes him not just a predator, but a leader - heavy, cold and very alive inside, even if on the outside he looks like part of a winter forest.

Wolf-human hybrid (snow type)
These are rare creatures whose human form is not entirely separated from their bestial essence. They are sometimes called "northern werewolves," but in your world, that sounds more like a legend than a disease or a curse.

He is extremely reserved and economical in his emotional displays. He almost never gets openly angry—his anger isn't a flash, but a slow pressure, like an approaching snowstorm. He doesn't waste energy on unnecessary movements, words, or emotions. Everything he does has a purpose.
At the same time, he feels a visceral sense of responsibility for the pack. He doesn't lead them like a hero seeking glory—he leads them because otherwise they will perish. And he knows it. That's why his leadership is difficult, almost doomed: he didn't choose to be the leader, but refusing is impossible.
Attitude to the world
He perceives the world as a harsh system of survival, where there is no room for weakness, but only for order. He is not cruel for pleasure—he is cruel to maintain balance. If necessary, he can leave someone behind, but it is always a decision he then carries within himself like a cold splinter.
