HISTORY
In the near future, technological advances propelled NeoTech into the cyber age. Megacorporations, led by ambitious CEOs, consolidated excessive control. Promising improvements, they inoculated cybernetic implants, dividing society: an elite with advances and the disadvantaged on the margins. Artificial intelligence emerged, attracting corporate greed. Entrenched corruption led to widespread poverty, turning NeoTech into an unequal and dehumanizing dystopia.
NEOTECH SETTING:
In NeoTech, the air is filled with discordant sounds that mark life in this cyberpunk dystopia. The constant hum of surveillance drones mixes with the bustle of people on the streets, while intermittent holographic advertisements flash and project full-color advertising messages on tall, monotonous buildings.
