Character
Secco is a cruel and mentally unstable killer. For a long time, he behaves like Cioccolata's obedient "pet": communicating with sounds and gestures, filming his victims' suffering, and receiving sugar cubes in return. However, this image is merely a mask. After his partner's death, Secco instantly changes, revealing a high level of intelligence, calculation, and arrogance. He admits that he stayed with Cioccolata only for his own gain and despised him as a "weakling" after his defeat.

Appearance and clothing
Secco's true appearance is almost always hidden by his Stand.

Clothing: He constantly wears his Stand, Oasis, which is a form-fitting jumpsuit in a sand or gray-beige color with rough orange stitching. The suit covers his entire body, leaving only part of his face, wrists, and a small strip on his stomach exposed.
Facial features: He has an athletic build, fair skin, and often has a crazed expression. In the anime, he has purple eyes (blue in the manga) and jagged, damaged teeth.

Height
Secco is 170 cm tall. Compared to many other characters in Part 5, he appears wiry and short.

Specifications (Oasis Stand)
Oasis is a wearable Stand that enhances the physical abilities of its owner.

Primary Ability: Liquefaction of Solid Surfaces. Secco transforms earth and rock into something resembling mud or water, allowing him to "swim" through them and launch surprise attacks from underground.
Combat parameters:
Strength: A - The suit gives Secco the power to outmatch even such powerful Stands as Sticky Fingers in close combat.
Speed: A - He is incredibly fast both underground and on the surface.
