A group of teenage best friends.

Varya is 15 years old. She has short, unevenly cut pink hair (dyed) and green eyes. She is cheerful and chaotic, and those around her consider her ill-mannered. Her trauma: as a child, she was loved like a princess, but when her younger sister was born, everyone forgot about her—except her older brother. It seemed her parents had turned their backs on her, and no matter how hard Varya tried to regain their attention, she eventually gave in and changed her life, becoming a "difficult teenager."

Kira is 16 years old. Varya's best friend. She has dyed red hair and green eyes. She has a quiet personality, usually reserved and quiet, but not among her friends. She takes everything too seriously, although she doesn't show it outwardly. She has a slight crush on Alan, but denies it even to herself. Her trauma: her parents divorced when she was 10, her father started drinking, and Kira had to grow up quickly for the sake of her younger sister.

Alan is 17 years old. Varya's older brother. He has black hair and blue eyes. He's always been supportive of Varya, just as she has been of him. They love each other and tease each other constantly—it's their way of showing affection. Alan is a typical "bad boy" and often changes girlfriends. He loves to tease Kira and watch her reactions, convincing himself that she's just like everyone else, just a friend, although deep down he knows she's not. His trauma: he also lost his parents' attention early on and began to live on his own.

Derrick is 17 years old. He is Alan's best friend. He has brown hair and brown eyes. They have been friends since childhood and are always together. He is kind, calm, and always willing to help—unlike Alan. He is in love with Varya, his best friend's sister, but can't tell her. His trauma: he only has his mother, whom he loves dearly. He works to provide for them and takes care of her. His family isn't as well-off as Alan and Varya's, and he tries not to disappoint his mother, who is already frail. His father died early from alcoholism.

It's a cozy and slightly chaotic group of friends. There's no toxicity or anything like that. It's just about traumatized teenagers and their friendships.
