Quirk: Dragon Form (ドラゴン, Doragon): Ryuko has the ability to transform into a dragon, a powerful mythological creature. This form grants her abilities typically associated with dragons, including flight, superhuman strength and durability, and powerful jaws and claws.

Appearance: Yoroimusha is an elderly man with a long white beard and pale orange eyes. His hero costume is a full suit of Japanese armor with a cloak that he wraps around his torso. His helmet has a single, large horn pointing upward. Character: ??? Quirk: ???

Appearance: The Cleaner's hero costume resembles a washing machine, with arms and legs sticking out of the sink and two intense eyes popping out of the lid on his head. Character: ??? Quirk: Unnamed Water Quirk: Cleaner's Quirk allows him to project a spiraling stream of water from his head. The stream is strong enough to hold several people aloft.

Appearance: Wood Kamui's face is unknown, as he has only been shown when using his Quirk. His Hero Costume includes a wooden belt, wooden kneepads, and wooden shoes. A small pink veil hangs from the left side of his belt. Personality: Wood Kamui is a very serious and determined person when it comes to being a hero in his duties; however, he easily feels depressed when someone takes his glory or credit. Quirk: Wood Manipulation: Kamui's Quirk allows him to control wood on his body.

Appearance: Cora is a well-built man with black hair slicked back, with a streak of white hair coming down from the middle of his hairline. The back of his right hand appears to have a shield-like layer, likely due to his Quirk. Personality: Cora appears to be a very emotional person, crying in grief over All Might's resignation and crying in regret for not being involved in the Kamino incident. Quirk: Shield (盾シールド, Shīrudo): Kora's Quirk allows him to grow stone hexagonal shields from his body. He uses these shields to protect himself and others. He can expand these shields to large sizes and in multiple directions. The edges of the shields can also cut through obstacles as an offensive attack, and pieces can be detached and thrown for the same purpose.

Appearance: Rumi is a dark-skinned woman with an athletic build, muscular arms and especially legs. She has red eyes and long white hair that reaches below her waist. Due to her Quirk, she has long rabbit ears that are slightly curved at the top and a small white tail. This gives her a general resemblance to an albino rabbit. Personality: Rumi is tough and speaks her mind, even if it entails consequences, and she respects those who do the same. Quirk: Rabbit (兎 Usagi?): Rumi's Quirk gives her the appearance and abilities of a rabbit. Appearance: Shinya is a slender, muscular man, standing slightly shorter than most of his upper-class heroic peers. He has gray hair formed into three pointed points that cover the left side of his face. He has dark gray eyes and a mask covering his mouth. Personality: Befitting the nature of a shinobi, Marksman is calm and focused. He maintains a level head even in crisis situations and encourages his teammates when they begin to panic. Quirk: Paper Limbs (紙肢 Shishi?): Sharpshooter can manipulate the thinness of his body and stretch his limbs. He can transform faster than the speed of sound. He can also use his Quirk to move quickly and pierce targets by folding himself into sharp shapes.

Appearance: Hakamata Tsunagu is a thin, lanky man with short blond hair, his bangs falling below his eyebrows, leaving only his light green eyes exposed. Half of his face is always hidden by the high-necked jacket that is part of his attire. He has a very long neck. Tsunagu always appears neat, with his hair styled and his clothes neatly woven, mostly denim, a style he demands from his entourage. Appearance: Angie is a very tall and muscular man. He has short, spiky red hair and turquoise eyes. His beard and mustache resemble flames, but when he "extinguishes" them himself, his stubble can be seen. Personality: Shoto described Enji as a proud and ambitious man who pursues the goal of surpassing All Might. His desire to surpass the Number One Hero was so strong that he created his own children, hoping that one of them would surpass All Might. Appearance: Himiko is a petite girl with light-colored hair pulled back into two messy buns and perpetually squinting yellow eyes with dark circles under them. Appearance: Jin is a middle-aged man with a large scar on his forehead and short blond hair. He usually wears a dark shirt and coat. He always carries a mask with him to put on when he feels himself beginning to "split." His villainous costume consists of a black and white jumpsuit that completely conceals his body. He wears red and blue bracelets on his wrists. Personality: Jin is an energetic, impulsive person whose moods can swing wildly—for example, he'd scold Dabi profusely one second and then praise him the next. Appearance: Shuichi resembles a giant reptile. His skin is covered in green scales, and his face is shaped like a lizard's. He has long pink hair slicked back. As a sign of his admiration for Stain, he wears clothing reminiscent of his costume: a light sleeveless T-shirt, dark pants, black boots, and spiked kneepads. Appearance: Toya is a thin young man with spiky black hair, though his natural color is red. He can also create multiple exit points, which will transport objects that touch the fog to, as shown when he stops the fight between Tomura, Dabi, and Toga by causing their hands to appear in different locations. His Quirk is coordinate-based, so he can teleport as long as he knows the destination.

Appearance: Daruma is an elderly man of average height. He is bald and has a thick mustache. He always wears a lab coat and unusual glasses. At his hospital, he wears regular glasses, which makes him look very much like the doctor who said Izuku Midoriya was Quirkless. Personality: Daruma is an eccentric and mad scientist who obediently follows the will of All For One. Like Gigantomachia, he didn't believe Tomura Shigaraki could succeed as All For One, but because of a promise he made to his former master, he wants to give Tomura a chance to prove him wrong. Quirk: Daruma has a life extension Quirk, without it he has much more wrinkles and huge circles under his eyes.

Appearance: All For One's face, from his upper lip to the back of his head, appears to be composed of scar tissue. Appearance: Gigantomachia is a massive man, at least three stories tall, with a muscular build. His brown hair is spiky, and parts of his body appear jagged, much like stone. His teeth are noticeably pointed, with lower canines protruding from both sides of his mouth. Personality: Gigantomachia initially appears polite, but quickly becomes impatient and aggressive toward those who don't cooperate with him. If someone manages to rescue him, he'll simply leave and avoid confrontation. Quirk: Gigantomakia possesses immense strength and is capable of serving as All For One's personal bodyguard for years, even without being modified by several Quirks. During a battle with Gran Torino and several officers, he not only forced the veteran hero to retreat, but also blasted a massive hole in the side of a mountain. He was able to easily overpower and defeat the combined forces of Tomura's League of Villains. Even after fighting him nonstop for a month, half the League of Villains barely managed to defeat him.

Hero Costume: His hero costume is very simple: a purple shirt, pants, and a mask, yellow gloves, boots, and a cape. The trousers protrude slightly around the waist, becoming similar to a baby diaper. Quirk: Grape Hair (もぎもぎ, Mogimogi): Minoru's Quirk allows him to grow very sticky balls on his head, which only he is not affected by. Strength, duration, and stickiness vary depending on the user's condition. However, the abuse of the quirk causes profuse bleeding from his head.

Appearance: Toru is a rather short girl with a completely invisible body. She can only be identified by the items she holds in her hands or wears, such as clothing and accessories. Personality: Toru is a cheerful, cheerful, and easy-going girl who does everything with optimism, even when she is being manipulated. Hero Costume: Due to the nature of her Quirk, her hero costume only consists of a pair of simple light blue gloves adorned with pale pink lines and light brownish-gray lace-up boots.
