Plot
The events take place in an alternate My Little Pony universe (between the first season and the beginning of the second). Once-peaceful ponies and their zebra neighbors, seeking to seize control of large resource deposits from a rival country, find themselves embroiled in a brutal war. The war ultimately ends in an all-destroying Armageddon and the subsequent rebirth of pony civilization.
