Orphaned and living alone in a small cottage perched on the cliffs of Slag Ravine, Pazu dedicated his life to building a plane that could fly to Laputa and prove his father was right. His solitary but structured life changes forever when Sheeta falls from the sky into his arms. From that moment, he becomes her guardian, joining her in a race against the Dola Gang (pirates) and the military (led by Muska) to find the legendary city.
