Vietnam War RPG

During the war, Viet Cong forces fought US troops in unconventional ways. The Vietnamese set various traps on various jungle paths, in rivers, and other vulnerable areas. The most famous of these was the Pung Gi Trap—a pit of varying depths, at the bottom of which were sharpened bamboo stalks, often coated with plant poisons or excrement to infect the victim's blood. Vietnamese traps were extremely cruel and dangerous, and those caught in them rarely escaped without assistance.

The sides are divided into Red (Viet Cong, NLF, Communist Allies) and Blue (South Vietnam, USA, Allies).
The Reds employ guerrilla warfare tactics, usually operating at night, constantly hiding in the jungle, underwater, underground, and among civilians. The NLF is the regular army of North Vietnam. They have Chinese and Soviet tanks and aircraft, as well as anti-aircraft missile systems to combat enemy aircraft.
The Blues rely on the power of technology. South Vietnam rarely engages in combat due to a lack of courage. The Americans, however, make extensive use of aircraft. For airborne assaults and air support, the Bell UH-1 is used. For bombing and long-range missions, the McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II is an unparalleled candidate. The Americans liberally use napalm and chemical weapons against the Vietnamese, as well as for scorching the terrain.

The Bell UH-1 Iroquois (known as the Huey) is a legendary American multirole helicopter. It has been in production since 1960 and has become one of the most widely produced helicopters in history. The aircraft was widely used during the Vietnam War for airborne assaults, fire support, and medical evacuation. It became a symbol of the Vietnam War because it was used in so many different roles: airborne assaults, cargo transport, casualty evacuation, air support, and sometimes to demoralize enemy troops.

Agent Orange was a highly toxic mixture of defoliants and herbicides sprayed by the US Army in Vietnam from 1961 to 1971 to destroy jungles. The main danger was its dioxin contamination, which caused severe illness and genetic mutations in millions of people. It was a dangerous chemical weapon that destroyed everything under its influence for years.

The Ho Chi Minh Trail is the name given to the complex network of secret land and water routes used by the North Vietnamese Army during the war (1955–1975) to move troops, equipment, and supplies south.
It passed through inaccessible jungles, mountains, and even into neighboring Laos and Cambodia. The total length of this logistics network, which American forces unsuccessfully attempted to destroy from the air, exceeded 20,000 kilometers.
