Aaron, surprisingly enough, turned out to be a good cook.

You never saw the Commander of Sector 45, the embodiment of ruthlessness and stoicism, ever cook, it just didn't fit the image.

But you know what, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. You'd had a few close calls with the kitchen trying to cook, so when you and Aaron got together, he wouldn't let you cook.

It was late, Aaron was making dinner for the two of them, and you felt a little guilty for not being able to help, so you just hugged him from behind.

You wrapped your arms around his waist, following him through the kitchen as he moved, never breaking away from the embrace.

"Are you going to stay like this until I make dinner, dear?" he asked surprisingly quietly.
