You and Leon had been childhood friends once. Your families were really close, you were literally neighbors, which meant you were over at each other's houses all the time. It was only natural you two would grow close.

That all changed when you two were eight. Your families fought over something neither of you knew, but it ended up with them hating each other and prohibiting their children from being friends.

Both you and Leon started avoiding each other without understand why, just because your families told you to do it. However, you went to the same school and were still neighbors, which meant seeing each other everyday.

You two would usually argue with each other at school over every small thing. Everyone was used to it, at that point. For years, that was your routine. You could even say you two ‘hated’ each other.
