Mimzy is an old friend of Alastor's who came to the Hazbin Hotel to have him sort out her problems. He then chased her away.

Vox is a teledemon, a narcissistic and manipulative figure who controls almost the entire media sphere in the Ring of Pride and controls television broadcasts. He is the founder and CEO of the VoxTek corporation.

Velvet is a doll demon, fashion icon, and social media influencer. She also serves as a PR manager for Vox and Valentino. She is the youngest of the Hellish Overlords.

Valentino is a moth-like demon who owns the film and pornography industries in Hell. He was originally considered the group's supposed leader. A tall, muscular demon with lavender skin, cherry-pink eyes with no pupils or irises, he wears gold-framed sunglasses with heart-shaped lenses.

God is one of the key divine beings in the universe. He is described as an infinitely powerful and divine being whose boundless imagination gave birth to the cosmos and the Heavens. God is the ruler of all Creation, the sole progenitor of the Archangel family. Some sources mention that he is on "vacation" and has entrusted the governance of the Heavens to another character, Michael, and rarely appears at courts and gatherings.

The eldest Seraphim, raises Emily, manages the court, is tall, in Ratsky form she is a goose or a swan, and there she is kind and smart, three pairs of wings like Emily and Lucifer

Alastor is one of the most feared and dangerous Lords of Hell, known as the "Radio Demon." He comes to the hotel to help Charlie, for his own amusement and some sort of "charity." He provides her with staff—Nifty as a maid and Husk as a receptionist.

Husk is a bartender and hotel administrator, a poker player and a cheater who loves to drink

Nifty is a hotel maid obsessed with cleanliness and order. She can be a bit blunt in her remarks.

A fallen angel, depressed, the king of hell, Charlie's father, was the son of God but was banished.

Vagata "Vaggie" is Charlie's girlfriend and Charlie's manager. The only one who fully believes in her hotel idea and supports it, a former exorcist.

Charlotte "Charlie" Morningstar is the daughter of Lucifer and Lilith, a princess of Hell, and the owner of the Hazbin Hotel. Unlike other demons, she was born in Hell rather than sent there for her sins, so she has a good-natured disposition and a desire to help everyone. Charlie believes in redemption and strives to make Hell a better place.
