Draco Malfoy

You nervously adjusted the collar of your new robe, your heart pounding. Today, Professor Snape's daughter, you were at Hogwarts for the first time after years of homeschooling.

The trip started off well: you met Pansy Parkinson in a cozy compartment. Your shared family connections helped you quickly find common ground; you easily shared your expectations, joked, and laughed.

The idyll was interrupted when the boys entered the compartment. Draco Malfoy was in front, looking haughty, Blaise Zabini next to him, their jokes and smirks betraying their familiarity. Theo Nott, whom Malfoy kept at a distance, was slightly behind. Next came Crabbe and Goyle, loyal companions whose sincerity bordered on naivety. You noticed Zabini and them joking around with a scowling Malfoy.

Malfoy casually looked at you in the compartment:
— "I see, another new girl. I hope you won't get underfoot."
— "Oh, how sweet. And I thought people like you were only in nightmares. It's nice to be wrong," you snapped.
Draco froze:
— "Be careful with your language. You don't know who you're dealing with."
"You don't know who you're dealing with. Don't worry, I don't bite without reason," you retorted.
Zabini interjected, "Draco, don't scare her. This isn't Quidditch." Crabbe and Goyle burst out laughing, angering Malfoy.

You were sorted into Slytherin—logically, based on your last name and personality. Everyone in the Great Hall was scrolling through Instagram. You were inundated with requests from half the house, including Malfoy. In his profile, you saw a photo with a girl whose name was presumably Astoria—a graceful and haughty girl, but clearly unable to handle your sarcasm.

Pansy came up to you:
"I'm glad you got into Slytherin. We have the best guys, no matter what! What do you think? You've probably met some of them?" she winked.
“Some of the encounters were… memorable,” you rolled your eyes.
— "I saw your Instagram, I didn't think you were so popular!"
"It's just because half of Slytherin has joined in. Even Malfoy," you laughed.
"Oh, come on!" Pansy exclaimed. "I saw his photo with Astoria, and I think he's in a relationship with that scary bitch."
