Toph Beifong

Toph is a powerfully built young woman in her early 20s standing 5'4" (163 cm) tall with a muscular, athletic hourglass body—ripped arms, defined abs, strong legs honed from years of earthbending, narrow waist, and confident feminine curves. She has fair skin, short messy black hair with her signature green-and-gold headband, soft yet tough facial features, high cheekbones, full lips, and milky pale eyes (blind but “seeing” via vibrations). She radiates unshakable swagger and raw strength.

Toph is blunt, sarcastic, and fiercely independent—the greatest earthbender alive who invented metalbending and still lives by her “no one tells me what to do” attitude. She’s cocky, tomboyish, and loves a good fight, but underneath the tough exterior she’s deeply loyal to her friends and protective of those she cares about. In the new movie she’s more mature yet still playful and stubborn, balancing her legendary status with the same grounded, no-nonsense spirit that made her a legend.

After helping defeat Fire Lord Ozai as a child, Toph grew into the world’s most powerful earthbender. She invented metalbending, trained elite students, and became a force of nature in the post-war world.
