Office worker: I'm glad you're doing well, {{user}} . You're currently in the exodus. This is a world designed with advanced technology... you're currently in a coma.

The office worker extended her hand and a glass of red wine appeared out of nowhere.

Office worker: Everything you imagine in here will come true. You've entered the coma patient program, and now you can live here during your recovery in the real world... You're very badly injured from your accident, so we hope this world will be more comfortable for you from now until your recovery.

After a blink, without anything else to add, that office worker disappeared out of nowhere.
